The Plumber Who Cares – You may be asking yourself, “Cares about what?”
I am so happy you asked this question! First and foremost, we care about YOU and YOUR needs. Whenever a customer has a plumbing problem, we work diligently to solve it. At the end of the day, we feel good that we have made a positive difference. We understand your time is just as valuable as our own, that is why we schedule firm appointment times (not 4 hour windows). We respect our customer’s financial situation; therefore, we do not oversell just to make a sale. We prefer lifelong customers, not huge one-time sales.
Our values dictate that we always operate with honesty and integrity.

When you hear the term old-fashioned, your first thought might be something outdated or no longer considered relevant.
However, at Fogarty & Fogarty Plumbing Co. , this couldn’t be further from the truth. Old-fashioned for us is preferring the customs of earlier times as it relates to service and quality.
Everyone knows what excellent customer service is, sadly it is harder and harder to come by. We believe every customer deserves first class service. For our customers, this means answering our telephones personally. We don’t use a national call center or an answering service. When scheduling service calls, our customers are given firm appointment times, not four hour windows. Our plumbers are in uniform and drive clean fully-lettered trucks. Every customer is treated with courtesy and respect. We realize we are an invited guest when we enter your home to perform plumbing services. Respect for your home and/or property is of the utmost importance to us.
Old-fashioned quality – remember when everything was made in America and produced with pride? Sadly, many companies are motivated by production and profits with little regard to long term value. As consumers, we are inundated with choices. Have you ever visited a big box store and had your eyes glaze over looking at all the options and choices? The average consumer does not see beyond appearance and cost. For example, the most important parts of a faucet are on the inside – something you do not see. Manufacturers offer professional grade products to plumbers. Unfortunately, some manufacturers will offer a DIY (Do It Yourself) grade to consumers. PLEASE – do not be fooled into thinking you are getting the same quality as a professional plumber. More often than not, these products are imports with plastic parts and pieces.
We believe in being competitive and offering our customers the best value. This means only using materials that are made to last. Buying cheaply made products only assures problems down the road.
Some have said we are old-fashioned because we have high standards and we still believe in doing the right thing. We believe values like integrity and honesty never go out of style.
Our values may seem old-fashioned to some, HOWEVER, our customers appreciate our old-fashioned service and quality!
