I am so happy you asked this question! First and foremost, we care about YOU and YOUR needs. Whenever a customer has a plumbing problem in Myrtle Beach, we work diligently to solve it. At the end of the day, we feel good that we have made a positive difference. We understand your time is just as valuable as our own, that is why we schedule firm appointment times (not 4 hour windows). We respect our customer’s financial situation; therefore, we do not oversell just to make a sale. We prefer lifelong customers, not huge one-time sales.
